Book it early. Skip the stress. Get the date you want.
The single most common question we get is some version of 'is it too late to book?' Usually it's not, but the further out you plan, the more choice you have.
For most backyard birthdays, graduations, and family gatherings, two to four weeks of notice is plenty. That gives us time to confirm inventory and lock in your exact delivery window.
Reach out anyway. We keep a flexible fleet and can often accommodate requests inside a week, especially on weekdays. The worst we'll say is that a specific item is booked, and we'll help you find something just as good.
